A small yellow onion
Some olive oil
Salt and pepper
Chop up the onion and fry it in the olive oil. Peel the tomato and chop it up, cut the tops off the okra. Toss them in the pan with the parsley and some salt and pepper. Cover, stir a few times, and wait a while. When the reds greens and yellows look grayish, it’s time to eat.
